LEXCORE AI — SUPREME AI DISCLAIMER & IP POLICY

1. THE "NON-HUMAN" AUTHORSHIP DOCTRINE

In accordance with the U.S. Copyright Office (USCO) and global IP precedents, users acknowledge that Lexcore AI outputs are generated via computational processes without "Human Spark."

Copyrightability: Raw AI outputs may lack copyright protection in the US, EU, and other regions requiring "human creative input."
User Contribution: Ownership only vests in the user if significant "human transformation" is applied to the output.
Patent Bar: AI cannot be named as an "inventor" under current USPTO or EPO (European Patent Office) guidelines.

2. GLOBAL JURISDICTIONAL ADAPTATION

EU (AI Act) Compliance: Lexcore AI is classified as a General Purpose AI (GPAI). We adhere to transparency obligations and copyright reserved by rightsholders under Art. 4 of the InfoSoc Directive.

USA (Fair Use & DMCA): Training data usage is asserted under "Transformative Fair Use." Users are prohibited from using Lexcore AI to generate infringing "Substantially Similar" works.

India (DPDP & IT Act): Compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023). AI processing is subject to "Legitimate Uses" and state-mandated safety advisories.

UK (CDPA 1988): Recognition of "Computer-Generated Works" where the author is deemed to be the person by whom the arrangements for the creation are undertaken.

3. DATA SOVEREIGNTY & TRAINING

Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to use non-confidential inputs to refine Lexcore AI, unless "Private Mode" or "Enterprise Local Instance" (running on local RTX hardware) is explicitly active.

STRICT PROHIBITION: Users shall not prompt the AI to bypass Paywalls, generate Malicious Code, or replicate Trade Secrets of third-party corporations. Any such violation results in immediate termination of the "Sovereign AI" license.

4. NO LIABILITY FOR "HALUCINATIONS"

As a probabilistic system, Lexcore AI may produce "hallucinations" (factually incorrect data). Under the Section 230 (US) equivalent frameworks globally:

The Company is a Platform, not a Publisher of AI-generated misinformation.
The user assumes 100% risk for "Downstream Reliance" on AI data for High-Risk sectors (Legal, Medical, Engineering).

5. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE

User agrees to defend and hold harmless Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited against any claims, including IP infringement lawsuits, arising from the user's commercial exploitation of AI-generated content produced by Lexcore AI.

"Lexcore AI is an augmentative tool for human intelligence. It does not replace the legal, ethical, or professional duty of the operator. All outputs must undergo Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) verification before deployment."
