Lexcore AI is operated by Cortina Infinity (contact: cortinainfinity@gmail.com). We build private, offline-first AI products. Our core design principle: your data stays on your device.

AKIRA is an offline AI. Your conversations, memory data, and generated documents NEVER leave your device. The AI model runs entirely on your local hardware.

3. How We Use Your Data

License activation and verification (Serial + hardware hash)

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / India DPDP Act)

Contract performance — License activation and support require processing your serial and contact data.
Legitimate interests — Anti-piracy, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
Legal obligation — We may disclose data if required by Indian law or a valid court order.
Consent — Registration information is provided voluntarily by you.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Law enforcement — We will disclose registration data (name, email, serial, hardware hash, IP) to law enforcement authorities if required by a court order, government directive, or applicable Indian law. This applies particularly in cases of misuse of AKIRA for illegal activity.
Legal proceedings — In connection with a lawsuit, regulatory proceeding, or legal obligation.
Business continuity — In the event of a merger or acquisition, under equivalent privacy protections.

8. Cookies & Website Analytics

lexcoreai.com and cortinainfinity.com use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymized traffic analysis. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the GA4 opt-out add-on.

9. Children's Privacy

Lexcore AI products are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for immediate deletion.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HMAC-signed tokens, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted at lexcoreai.com/privacy with the revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
